Domestic Shipping, NZ Post.
International Shipping, we are using DHL. We know, DHL is a tad more expensive, but we prefer your packages to make it to you, and in a reasonable timeframe. With DHL we can track your parcel from the time it leaves us to when it reaches you.

DO I NEED TO PAY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
Customs and duties vary greatly depending on the destination country and must be paid by the person receiving the products. We recommend you contact your local customs office.

Due to current postal disruptions international deliveries are taking almost twice as long as they usually would to arrive. At present deliveries could take anywhere from 10 - 15+ days depending on where you are based, so please bear with us.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
If your item is faulty you don’t need to pay anything, that’s on us. However if it’s simply a change of mind or you ordered the wrong size then there will be a return postage charge.
