At present we are using good old NZ Post for both domestic and international.

CAN I COLLECT FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Sorry not at this time we only allow shipping from our secret location.

DO I NEED TO PAY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES?

This is a good question and one we can’t answer. Customs and duties vary greatly depending on the destination country and must be paid by the person receiving the products. We recommend you get in contact with your local customs office.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Definitely get in touch with us at info@iwiathletica.com! We will then use our best detective skills to track down your package and get it into your hands.

Be aware though due to postal disruptions international deliveries are taking almost twice as long as they usually would. I know absolutely frustrating! At present deliveries could take anywhere from 10 - 30+ days depending on where you are based. 

Returns 

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

If your item is faulty you don’t need to pay anything, that’s on us. However if it’s simply a change of mind or you ordered the wrong size then yes you will need to pay return postage.
