A non-refundable deposit fee of 50% is required at the time the order is placed onto our factory. This covers a portion of our costs in the event you need to cancel your order.
Leadtime is an estimation, we are unable to control any unforeseen events that may delay production, nor can we control the shipping gods.
However, we will always do our best to update you on any issues that may arise. You will need to provide us the design you wish to use in the correct usable format. Colours will be matched as closely as possible to the design and any pantone references.

Our templates are in ai.file format for use with Adobe illustrator.
